Union Home Minister Amit Shah has made it clear that Bihar must continue on the path of development and will not be allowed to fall back into an era of chaos and lawlessness. He emphasized that the people of Bihar must once again give the NDA a strong majority to keep the momentum of progress going.
Speaking at a large election rally in Taraiya, Saran district, Shah reaffirmed that the next Bihar government will be formed under the leadership of Nitish Kumar. “The people have already decided — Nitish Kumar will be their Chief Minister again,” he said confidently.
November 14 Will Be a ‘Grand Diwali’ for Bihar
Drawing a parallel between electoral success and festivity, Shah remarked that the day NDA wins the upcoming election will be a “grand Diwali” for Bihar. “When results are announced on November 14, and NDA sweeps the seats, it will mark a historic celebration for the state,” he said.
Jungle Raj vs Development
Targeting the RJD-Congress alliance, Shah called the duo of Lalu Yadav and Rahul Gandhi a symbol of Bihar’s former "jungle raj." He accused the previous regimes of fostering crime, kidnappings, and corruption, while crediting the NDA government for establishing law and order and advancing infrastructure and governance.
“Vote for Development, Not Division”
In a direct message to voters, Shah urged the public to rise above caste politics and emotional manipulation, and instead vote for development and good governance. “This election isn’t just about winning seats — it’s about securing the future of Bihar,” he declared.
NDA Confident of Sweeping Saran Region
Concluding his speech, Shah appealed to voters to support all NDA candidates in the region. He expressed confidence that the alliance would achieve a landslide victory in all constituencies of Saran.
The event saw participation from BJP-JD(U) local leaders and thousands of enthusiastic supporters.
