Chirag Paswan Signals Positive Talks Over NDA Seat Sharing Ahead of Bihar Elections

As Bihar gears up for its upcoming assembly elections, Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) leader Chirag Paswan has conveyed an optimistic stance regarding seat-sharing negotiations within the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). For the first time, Paswan openly stated that discussions with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have been constructive and positive.

Sources in Patna reveal that Paswan and BJP leaders engaged in extended talks covering not just seat allocation but also several other critical aspects aimed at strengthening the alliance. Paswan emphasized that the negotiations go beyond dividing seats, focusing on broader collaboration to ensure a cohesive campaign.

In contrast, the opposition Mahagathbandhan coalition still struggles with unresolved differences over seat distribution. Parties such as the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Congress, and Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) have yet to reach a consensus, creating uncertainty in their election preparations.

Meanwhile, the NDA continues its series of meetings, fueling expectations that the alliance will soon finalize its seat-sharing formula. This development is seen as a positive sign for the NDA’s campaign strategy in Bihar.

With alliance dynamics shifting, political watchers will closely monitor the upcoming decisions as the election date approaches.
