Ayodhya’s iconic Ram Temple is now fully constructed, and devotees will soon be able to witness its grandeur up close. From November 26, the temple’s 22x11 ft saffron flag, weighing 11 kilograms, will be hoisted atop the temple’s shikhara (spire).
The flag is made from high-quality parachute fabric, designed to endure strong winds, storms, and adverse weather conditions, ensuring it remains pristine year-round. This saffron flag reflects the tradition of Ram Rajya and will be a symbol of devotion and faith for millions of followers.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to hoist the flag on November 25, marking a historic moment in the temple’s timeline. Since the prana pratistha of Shri Ram Lalla, it has been over one year and nine months, and the temple has already become a center of pilgrimage and spiritual significance.
Devotees visiting from November 26 onwards will be able to view the entire temple structure, including the majestic flag fluttering at the top. This marks a significant moment in preserving and celebrating India’s cultural and religious heritage.
The installation of the flag not only honors tradition but also emphasizes the architectural brilliance and meticulous planning of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, making it a landmark for generations to come.
